Age Limit

• Candidate Should be born between 26th December 2002 to 26th June 2006 (both days inclusive).
• In Case a Candidate clears all stages of the selection Procedure, then the upper age limit as of the date of Enrolment Should be 21 years.

Academic Qualification

• Candidates Should Possess 10+2 Intermediate with Mathematics, Physics, and English, Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobile/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology/ Information Technology).

Physical Standards

• Height (For Males): Minimum acceptable height is 152.5 cm 
• Height (For Females): Minimum acceptable height is 152 cm, for Candidates belonging to North East or Hilly Regions of Uttarakhand, a lower Min Height is 147 cm, in the case of Candidates from Lakshadweep, the min height will be 150 cms
• Weight: Weight should be proportionate to height and age as applicable for IAF.
• Chest (Both Male & Female): Minimum expansion of 05 cm.
• Hearing: Should have normal hearing i.e. able to hear forced whisper from a distance of 06 meters by each ear separately
• Dental: Should have healthy gums, a good set of teeth, and minimum of 14 dental points.

Visual Standards

• Visual Acuity: 6/12 each eye, correctable to 6/6 each eye
• Maximum limits of Refractive error: Hypermetropia:+2.0D Myopia: 1D including ± 0.50 D Astigmatism
• Colour Vision: CP-II
